Can the system detect very small defects?
We have inspection track records with a resolution of 10 µm/pixel. The minimum detectable size varies depending on the defect type and target material.
Can wide products be inspected?
By arranging multiple line-scan cameras across the web width, the system can handle wide products. We have implementations exceeding 8 m in width with more than 20 cameras in line.
What is the maximum web speed that can be inspected?
We have installations operating at web speeds close to 1,000 m/min. The supported speed depends on the required machine-direction resolution.
I would like to evaluate the detection performance.
By sending defect samples, we will propose an optical configuration capable of detecting the target defects.
Is on-site verification possible?
A rental inspection unit is available. Prior to on-site verification, an optical study using cut samples is required.
What is the installation track record?
We have a track record of over 1,000 systems installed.
